Cancellation Terms

In case of a cancellation our retention policy is as listed below

Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the date of arrival - 100% refund of payment made

Cancellations made between 28 and 45 days prior to the date of arrival - 85% refund of payment made

Cancellations made between 21 and 28 days prior to the date of arrival - 65% refund of payment made

Cancellations made between 14 and 21 days prior to the date of arrival - 45% refund of payment made

Cancellations made between 0 and 14 days prior to the date of arrival - no refund of payment made

Our tea tasting experiences are by prior reservation only.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the date of the experience - 85% refund of payment made 

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the date of the experience - 45% refund of payment made

Cancellations made between 0 and 14 days prior to the date of the experience - no refund of payment made

Payment Terms

Purchases can be made directly through our portal or by filling out our online form with the teas required.

Teas are typically shipped within three working days of the order being made. 

In case of a delay in shipment or if the tea is back ordered, we will inform you of the same and your can choose to wait or get a full refund for the delayed items.

Shipping is free within India except for CTC tea for which we charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 per 500 grams for shipping within India.
